New listings spanned $245,000 to $975,000 with a median of $253 per square foot — identical to last week’s median, a sign of a stable, well-priced market. This week’s standout is 2841 APACHE Court in the 32163 corridor — a 3-bed, 2-bath, 2,310-sqft home offered at $975,000 ($422/sqft), spotlighted below. At the accessible end, 1712 W SCHWARTZ Boulevard came in at $245,000 for a 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,144-sqft home in the 32159 corridor — a reminder that The Villages still offers genuine entry points for buyers at multiple price levels.
