New listings spanned $217,000 to $1,080,000 with a median of $249 per square foot — a slight pullback from last week’s $253, a sign the market remains well balanced. This week’s standout is 7634 FRANK DIPIETRO DR Drive in the 34762 corridor — a 3-bed, 2-bath, 1,959-sqft home offered at $1,080,000 ($551/sqft), spotlighted below. At the accessible end, 1001 MATTHEW Avenue came in at $217,000 for a 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,149-sqft manufactured home in the 32159 corridor — a reminder that The Villages still offers genuine entry points for buyers at multiple price levels.
