This Privacy Policy applies to the website eddiesuttonrealtor.com, operated by Ralph Sutton Jr LLC on behalf of Eddie Sutton, a licensed Florida real estate sales associate (License No. SL3609879) with Worth Clark Realty. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to Ralph Sutton Jr LLC and Eddie Sutton.

MLS search activity: when you use the IDX property search portal (hosted by Worth Clark Realty / BoldTrail), that platform may collect information about your search activity, saved searches, and property views. That activity is governed by Worth Clark Realty's privacy practices.

We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising platforms, or analytics services that collect personal identifiers. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), which may result in Google receiving your IP address as part of that font request. We do not control Google's data practices.

Worth Clark Realty / BoldTrail CRM: Your contact information may be entered into the Worth Clark Realty transaction and CRM platform (BoldTrail) to manage your real estate transaction. This platform is operated by a third party; their privacy policy governs their handling of that data.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority, including Florida real estate licensing requirements.
Business transfers: In the unlikely event of a sale or transfer of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

In all cases, we share only what is necessary and take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected — typically the duration of your real estate transaction plus any period required by Florida law for record-keeping (generally five years for transaction records). You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
