1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to the website eddiesuttonrealtor.com, operated by Ralph Sutton Jr LLC on behalf of Eddie Sutton, a licensed Florida real estate sales associate (License No. SL3609879) with Worth Clark Realty. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to Ralph Sutton Jr LLC and Eddie Sutton.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us. This may include:

Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a contact or inquiry form on this site.
Direct communications: information you provide when you call, text, or email us directly.
MLS search activity: when you use the IDX property search portal (hosted by Worth Clark Realty / BoldTrail), that platform may collect information about your search activity, saved searches, and property views. That activity is governed by Worth Clark Realty's privacy practices.

We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising platforms, or analytics services that collect personal identifiers. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), which may result in Google receiving your IP address as part of that font request. We do not control Google's data practices.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

Respond to your real estate inquiry and follow up on your behalf
Schedule showings, provide property information, or prepare market analyses
Communicate with you throughout a real estate transaction
Maintain records as required by Florida real estate licensing law

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or targeted advertising.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party for any purpose. Period.

5. Information Sharing

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Worth Clark Realty / BoldTrail CRM: Your contact information may be entered into the Worth Clark Realty transaction and CRM platform (BoldTrail) to manage your real estate transaction. This platform is operated by a third party; their privacy policy governs their handling of that data.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority, including Florida real estate licensing requirements.
Business transfers: In the unlikely event of a sale or transfer of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

In all cases, we share only what is necessary and take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected — typically the duration of your real estate transaction plus any period required by Florida law for record-keeping (generally five years for transaction records). You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you provide, including using secure hosting (Hostinger) and limiting access to contact information to Eddie Sutton directly. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Correct any inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information (subject to any legal retention requirements)
Opt out of further communications from us at any time

To exercise any of these rights, simply contact us at the information in Section 10 below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete that information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. As noted above, we do not sell personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights, contact us directly.

10. Third-Party Links

This site contains links to third-party websites including the Worth Clark IDX portal (eddiesutton.worthclark.com), Google Maps, and others. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before submitting any personal information to them.
