The Villages MLS market turned in a strong week of June 23–29 with 75 total transactions — 35 new listings hitting the market and 40 homes moving under contract. New inventory rebounded from last week's 27, and pending activity jumped from 31 to 40, signaling continued buyer demand heading into July.

The week's top new listing is 1792 Lake Miona Drive in 32162 — a stunning 5,904 sqft lakefront estate listed at $2,750,000, easily the most expensive new listing in The Villages in months at $466/sqft. On the accessible end, buyers can still find options starting at $150,000 in 32159. Average price per square foot on new listings came in at $292, down slightly from $296 last week as mid-range homes led this week's new inventory.
